Boat trip to the Nubian village

After picking you up from the hotel or boat where you are staying at the indicated time, we will go to a small dock where we will get on a boat in which we will sail along the Nile. Once we have crossed the river, where you will have the opportunity to swim on a fine sand beach, we will go by camel to our next destination, Gharb Soheil, better known as the Nubian town. Nubia was the region of Africa located between southern Egypt and northern Sudan. The Nubians are the most authentic inhabitants of Egypt. It is a civilization whose rich history dates back several millennia, which is why it is considered one of the oldest in Africa. In the town we will tour its market and enter some of its houses to see what is behind its colorful facades. You will see the rooms, their paintings... and you will be able to taste their typical food and traditional teas. You will also have the chance to listen to their music and get a henna tattoo. After the visit we will return along the same path until we reach the departure point, where we will arrive between 3 and 4 hours after the pickup. Pickups This activity includes pickup from hotels, hostels and apartments in the city of Aswan. However, if your hotel or boat is located on one of the following islands in Aswan, we will pick you up at the meeting points mentioned below: For accommodation on Western Aswan Island (Gharb Aswan): we will pick you up at the West Bank Ferry Terminal. For accommodation on Elephantine Island (Guizirit Alfantin): we will pick you up at the KFC restaurant in Kornish Al Nile or at the Telecom Egypt Office on El Sadat Road. For accommodation on Suhil Island (Guizirit Suhil): we will pick you up at the West Bank Ferry Terminal. If your hotel or boat in Aswan is not located in the city center or on any of the islands mentioned, you will have to go to one of the indicated meeting points.
